Lady Pioneer Basketball snapped a 7-game losing streak with a big win over American Midwest Conference opponent Central Baptist College tonight in the Carter Activities Center. The Lady Pioneers improved to 9-15 on the year and 3-15 in the AMC.

Paragould, Ark.- The Lady Pioneers shot a blistering 51.3% percent from the floor in the opening two-quarters of tonight's contest, projecting them to a 26-point lead at the break which they maintained in the second half, taking the contest with a 24-point spread. The Lady Pioneers increased their offensive production throughout the first three quarters, scoring 23 in the first, and 24 in the second, before capping it with a game-high 25 points in the third. CRC's offense was firing on all cylinders, having three different Lady Pioneers end the contest with double-digit points and eight total Pioneers getting to the basket. Ansley Dawson led the Pioneers with 25 points and 8 rebounds. Kiyuana Foster added 15 points and Brooklyn Kearbey ended with 13 points. Senior point guard Travia Woodruff shared the love, spreading out 10 assists in the conference win.
