Visiting team and Visiting Athletic Trainers

On behalf of the Athletic Training Department at Central Baptist College, I would like to take the opportunity to welcome you and your student-athletes to Conway, AR. I hope your visit to CBC is a pleasant and enjoyable experience. Please do not hesitate to let me know if I can extend any services or assistance to you and your team.

The athletic training room will be available to your team 1.5 hours prior to the event. The ATR is located in the A.R.Reddin Field House.

The following services will be available upon your visit with a Certified Athletic Trainer:

  1. Water (Please send teams with their own bottles if possible)
  2. Injury ice and bags
  3. Emergency equipment including AED on-site or within a 3 minute response time
  4. EMS will be on call.

If your team is traveling without a Certified Athletic Trainer:

  1. Notify the Central Baptist College Athletic Trainer ahead of time via email or phone.
  2. Electrical modalities will not be provided unless your team travels with a Certified Athletic Trainer. (E-Stim, Ultrasound, ect.)
  3. Ensure that your team travels with the appropriate supplies for taping and wound care.
  4. Send student-athlete insurance and contact information so that it may be available in the event of an emergency.

If you are here to compete in the following sports

  • Men’s Soccer
  • Women’s Soccer
  • Baseball
  • Softball

There is no athletic training room or locker rooms located at these facilities. Please send a kit with your team, stocked with the necessary supplies to be used for taping, wrapping, and plastic wrap for ice bags. If you forget any of these supplies, please call ahead and I will make sure to bring them to the field.
