Mustangs In Sixth After Opening Round At FHU Fall Invitational

            Henderson, Tenn. – Opening play in their final tournament of the fall, Central Baptist College women's golf teed off today at the Freed-Hardeman Fall Invitational at the Chickasaw Golf Club. CBC shot an opening round 359 and is in sixth place, 46 shots behind the leaders.

            Individually, Alyssa Hagewood shot a 77 which puts her in third place, nine shots behind the first round leader. Laney Crutchfield was next after shooting a 92, followed closely by Abby Kirby, who was one shot behind Crutchfield. Thaylia Ramirez posted an opening round 97 and Kara Keathley shot a 110.

            The Mustangs tee off on the final round tomorrow morning at 8 a.m.
