St. Louis, Mo. – Looking to run their current American Midwest Conference winning streak to three straight, Central Baptist College women's soccer was on Spartan Field tonight for a conference tilt against Missouri Baptist. CBC (6-8-1, 3-3 AMC) only took one shot and allowed two goals in each half, falling to MBU (9-4-2, 5-1 AMC) 4-0.
Lexie Sengmanivong had the lone shot for the Mustangs. Jayme Selph and Bailey Walerczyk combined to stop eight shot attempts for the Spartans.
Next up for the women is Senior Day on Saturday when the Mustangs welcome the Stars of Stephens College to Centennial Park. Kickoff is scheduled for noon.
