Wrestling Competes at Tom Smith Invitational

St. Louis, Mo. – Competing for the first time in 2025, Central Baptist College wrestling was on the mat today at the Tom Smith Invitational, hosted by Missouri Baptist. Three wrestlers competed in three weight classes for the Mustangs.
Isaiah Hendrix went 0-2 at 157 pounds, dropping both matches by technical fall. Jordan Allen-Smith lost five matches at 197 pounds, all five by fall. Juan Luis-Tapia lost both of his matches at heavyweight, one by major decision, the other by fall.
Wrestling is back on the mat on Feb. 1 at the Missouri Valley Open.
