Jairak Earns AMC Golfer of the Week Award

            St. Louis, Mo. – The American Midwest Conference named their first men's golf athletes of the week for the fall season today and Kitsakon Jairak was the first selection. Jairak earned his second career athlete of the week selection, following his Oct. 23 selection last year.

            Jairak followed up his season-opening win at the Southwestern Christian Invitational with a win at last week's Williams Baptist Fall Invitational. He shot a first-round 68 and followed that up with a second round 70 for a six-under-par 138 to win the tournament by three shots.

            Jairak and the Mustangs are back on the course at Cooper's Hawk in Melbourne next week for the Lyon College Fall Invitational.
