Clarksville, Ark. – Playing on the road for their third consecutive match, Central Baptist College men's soccer was at the Wilson Athletic Complex tonight for a meeting with the Eagles of the University of the Ozarks. CBC (2-5) trailed 1-0 at halftime, scored in the second half, but allowed another goal in the half to fall 2-1 to U of O (3-2-2).
Hugh McAuley scored for the second time this season for CBC on a penalty kick in the 62nd minute. U of O netted goals in the 42nd minute and the 79th minute to come away with the win. Jasper Gadellaa had six saves in the loss.
The Mustangs return home to Burns Park on Tuesday night for a match against the Champion Christian Tigers. Kickoff is scheduled for 7 p.m.
