North Little Rock, Ark. – Carrying a two-match winning streak into tonight's mid-week contest, Central Baptist College men's soccer was on the pitch at Burns Park tonight for a contest against Ouachita Baptist. Taking on the Tigers (2-5-1) for the first time in seven years, CBC (4-6) allowed two first half goals and couldn't get through the OBU defense, falling 2-0.
Hugh McAuley, Tim Echaniz and Alexander Bertilsson all had shots for the Mustangs as they took on an NCAA Division II opponent for the first time this season. The Mustangs are back at Burns Park on Saturday when another NCAA Division II opponent, Christian Brothers University, comes to Burns Park. Kickoff is scheduled for 7 p.m.
