
Personal Records All Over The Board For Mustangs At UCM Relays

Warrensburg, Mo. – Competing for the second to last time before the American Midwest Conference championships, Central Baptist College track & field was at the University of Central Missouri Mule Relays today. Personal records were recorded for three athletes while others found themselves in the top-10 all-time in program history.
Ally Swaim qualified for the 100-meter hurdles final with a time of 15.13 and then finished third in the 100-meter hurdle final, recording a time of 15.09. Ashleigh Gross-Mitchell recorded a long jump of 4.89 which was her second longest jump of the season and the second longest jump ever. Isaiah Stiger and Jadon Price both recorded personal records in the men's long jump, with Stiger setting a new program record of 6.29 meters and Price recording the ninth longest jump of all-time at 5.77 meters. Josh Brown also recorded the fastest time ever in the men's 100-meter hurdles, becoming the first Mustang ever to go under 15.5 seconds at 15.49.
CBC wraps up their conference tune up next weekend with a trip to Jonesboro for the Red Wolves Open.
